It’s by the hands of all who pass through Vale da Azinhaga, that our garden grows.
Our aim is to make everyone, especially children, aware of sustainable horticulture.
To make people understand that, long before the products reach the supermarket shelves, there is a daily work that goes through the preparation of the land, sowing, planting, watering, harvesting … and even after that, when we leave food on the plate, the cycle should continue.
How much of the dish returns to the earth, feeds the next harvest or the animals.
We want to raise awareness of the importance of this cycle.
We want to provide tools for the future, in the best way possible. BY EXPERIMENTING.
